Hi Year 2,
Miss Kinsella and I have been busy in school this week getting your new work packs ready for collection. I know you've all been working hard at home during this time but I hope you've found some time for a bit of fun too!
As usual the links below will help you with this week's home learning.
Stay safe and keep smiling!
We miss you all xx
Maths
This week you will be revisiting multiplication and arrays. You should all be fine with this as I remember you were all really good at it in class! Watch the link below which will help you with the activities.
English
This week's home learning includes a writing challenge which asks you to use as many adjectives as you can think of to describe the pirate on your 'Wanted' poster. You all know adjectives are describing words. Watch the link below to revisit what an adjective is and how we use them in our writing.
Come and See
I'd like you to research a religion this week. Choose only one. These can be Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Sikhism, Hinduism and Buddhism. I'd like you to find out about the rules and routines involved in your chosen religion and then draw or write about what you have found out. Use the link below to help you.
Science
This week you will be learning about living things and their habitats. Watch the bbc bitesize clips which will help you with this week's task.
